ITINERARY: Thurs 3/29 Check in at hotel anytime after 3:00 PM 8-10 pm - Short get together (ask for room # upon check-in), go over tackle, make sure everyone's ready to go. Fri 3/31 6 am - Meet for continental breakfast, go over the days fishing plans 6:30 - GO FISH 7-10pm - Hospitality Room - Guest Speaker and Pizza (BYOB-wet bar provided) Sat 4/1 6 am - Meet for continental breakfast, go over the days fishing plans 6:30 - GO FISH 7-10pm - Hospitality Room - Fly Tying / BS Session (BYOB-wet bar provided) Sun 4/2 ** Hotel checkout time is 11AM ** 6 am - Meet for continental breakfast, go over the days fishing plans 6:30 - GO FISH TBD - Head home exhausted with plenty of new "Fish Stories"!!

We have 15 rooms on hold until 6PM 3/01/07, PRIOR to that YOU MUST CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY at (440)951-7333, give them our reservation # 29433435 and confirm your room with a credit card. If you don't there is no guarantee that they'll have a room. After you confirm your room it can still be canceled without charge, simply call the same number BEFORE 6PM 3/29/06 and ask them to cancel your reservation. This is a much nicer hotel than the place we stayed last time, it's located across the street from where we stayed last year, just to the to the left of Hooters ;-) There is a bar/restaurant and an indoor pool with hot tub; in room coffee makers; free continental breakfast; internet and a hospitality room we can use for the guest speaker and a place to meet to tie flies, BS, play cards or whatever we choose. The price for this years outing is $20.00 to cover activities for Fri & Sat nights and the pizza one night. You are responsible for hotel bills and food, ballpark price should be around $340 if you want a room to yourself. 2 to a room would be about $220 +/-
