2009 Rayburn Outing

Day 1; Arrive Thursday May 28, after noon with evening dinner. I am taking requests for dinner, 1) Chicken Noodle Stoop, 2) Jambalaya, 3) Chili? Please let me know!

Day 2; Friday May 29, is SCOTCH NIGHT there will be samplings of some of the world's finest Scotch (a separate cost event) along with breakfast, bag lunch and dinner (chicken).

Day 3; Saturday May 30, is BEER TASTING NIGHT there will be samplings of some of the world's finest Beers (a separate cost event) along with breakfast, bag lunch and dinner (steak).

Day 4; Sunday May 31, Breakfast, bag lunch and check out by 11:00AM.

What's included; Beer, wine, pop, water, snacks and special surprise.
Thursday Dinner, make sure you let me know your preference.
Friday Scotch Night, for all that would like to participate please contact me ASAP. The cost will be determined by the Scotch purchased divided by the number of participants. I will send out a list of the recommended Scotches with pricing and based on the group's selections is what will be purchased. Unfortunately, Bruce will be unable to attend; his mother is not doing well. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Bruce and his mother.

For all that participate the balance of the scotch not consumed that night will be distributed by the means agreed upon by the group (i.e. raffle, drink it all before Sunday, fill your flasks, give it to the less fortunate…)

Saturday Beer Tasting Night, for all that would like to participate please contact me ASAP. The cost will be determined by the Beer purchased divided by the number of participants. Bill and I will make the selections and plan to have 6 to 8 different beers for tasting.
